Nine Four Entertainment is hiring a Coordinator to support our close-knit team of managers and their diverse roster of digital talent. The right candidate for this position is someone who is excited to immerse themselves into the creator economy and is willing to adapt to changes in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Responsibilities
• Track the entire lifespan of deals from the initial point of contact to payment – noting important dates, progress of deliverables, and key terms.
• Communicate directly with creators in a clear and friendly manner.
• Onboard new clients, write original bios, create one sheets, properly communicate website updates.
• Update internal company spreadsheets related to client deals and financial tracking.
• Perform a mix of administrative, logistical, research, and assistant-level duties for two desks.
• Routinely track happenings across the entire roster of talent.
• Quickly and effectively respond to inbound email inquiries for multiple creators.
Help manage outbound communication to brands and agencies as necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest trends throughout social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and Instagram.
• Quickly invoice when campaigns wrap, must be comfortable chasing overdue payments.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of equivalent experience on a desk at a talent agency, management company, or production company.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication to diverse personality types.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to autonomously anticipate next steps throughout the life-span of a deal.
• Take initiative and maintain foresight on tasks without a hard deadline.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience on a busy desk in the entertainment industry.
• Diligent and meticulous worker who is timely and pays extreme attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality with client documents.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and digital media is a plus.
