Talent Coordinator - BWX Technologies : Job Details

Supporting recruitment and selection processes across the U.S. by being the primary point of contact for candidates in the interview, pre-employment and onboarding processes. Represents the Company by attending job fairs and engaging with area technical schools and colleges. Administers candidate/new hire assessments. Collects and maintains interview documentation. Coordinates and schedules phone screens, candidate travel & expense reimbursements, candidate testing and on-site interviews. Processes requested invoices, purchase orders and check requests. Represents BWXT Human Resources to the external marketplace. Manages complex and competing priorities. Guides employees through the employee referral process and manages payments. Responds in a timely and helpful way to both external and internal requests and inquiries. Provides the highest level of customer service through all internal and external support interactions.
