Description: Job Description (Talent Development Specialist): To advocate, champion, identify, evaluate as well as communicate the organizational priorities by deploying TD strategies in the business unit across all locations. In addition, understand business unit dynamics while recommending, driving, educating, supporting and coaching others about learning programs/strategies/training initiatives in order to ensure competency enhancement for all in the business unit & locations. Primary Responsibilities: • Advocate for the Corporate Talent Development function in the Business Unit • Champion training initiative and existing training program and initiatives • Identify training gaps and opportunities for integration of our client Corp Talent Development • Identify and Communicate needs of the business unit to internal training resources • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy and business planning of training related • Create and maintain a positive learning environment thru incorporating new processes and training curriculums and programs • Communicate TD related articles to the specific applicable stakeholders and audiences • Ensure readiness of learning infrastructure by coordinating with the Infrastructure support team and other relevant our client's teams • Create and share reports on Talent Development for the business unit as needed Additional responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver informational, softskills, and management training programs as needed • Support LMS issues from end user and infrastructure by working with offshore LMS support to resolve challenges. • Develop proactive training paths for various associate group to meet the learning needs of the business unit. • Be an engaged and proactive Talent Development team member with in the business unit Qualifications: • Experience and strong working knowledge in the Life Insurance domain • Experience in Talent development integrating learning with in large business units in both a lead and support role. • Strong relationship building skills with a positive results orientation • Must be highly motivated, proactive, organized, diligent, flexible, coachable and possess the ability to effectively improvise • Ability to effectively handle multiple training initiatives • Proficient in MS Office and IT consulting industry knowledge a plus • Minimum BA/BS in related field with certification in delivery and/or design preferred
