Individuals who have the confidence to lead but the humility to never stop learning.Could this be you?In this dual role, the Talent & Experience Recruitment Associate will partner with our Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition leaders in identifying and analyzing delivery gaps in training courses while providing support in sourcing and developing pipelines of clinical talent.How you can make a difference:Talent & Experience:* Conduct and oversee new hire orientation sessions, ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees.* Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions and professional development workshops.* Provide follow-up coaching, ongoing support and refresher training as required.* Engage participants through an interactive discussion, large group exercises and small group exercises* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary.* Manage updates to content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, interactive eLearning and evaluations.* Collaborate with department managers to identify training opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.* Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.* Handle logistical arrangements for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materials.* Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness utilizing survey resultsTalent Acquisition:* Source high quality candidates for current and upcoming open roles* Filtering applications/resumes and sharing the most qualified candidates with recruiters* Outreach to active and passive candidate pipelines to engage and vet them for open positions* Expanding and refining our clinical candidate database to build a reliable talent funnel* Championing an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners* Creating engaging, relevant content and marketing initiatives to attract new candidate pools* Collaborating effectively across the organization to continuously earn trust and establish strong relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical partnerSkills for success:* Comfortable presenting in varying sized groups in a live classroom format and in a virtual format* Must be willing to travel between different training office locations and site locations in New York/New Jersey.* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and development.* Flexible and adaptable, able to embrace and champion change at short notice.* Solid knowledge of best practices in adult learning and technology-based learning with the ability to link knowledge transfer with desired business outcomes. adult learning theory* High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.* Familiarity and experience working with an applicant tracking system* Familiarity in development talent pipelines for critical talent needs* Excitement and passion for being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team* An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment processQualifications:* 2-3+ years of learning and development, HR, and/or recruitment experience* Associate's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field preferred* Knowledge and experience applying adult learning principles to design, implement and deliver learning solutions* Building positive relationships and communication channels with other teams and departments* Strong facilitation presentation skills, including one-to-one, small, and large group settings* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously* Familiarity and experience working with an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred* An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment process* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications, Workday/Workday Learning preferred.The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 annually. The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
