A large Private Equity firm is looking to add to their talent management team
Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners to execute and facilitate talent management processes such as performance reviews, promotions, year-end compensation, and organizational reviews
Organize and analyze large datasets on performance, compensation, education, titles, or other factors and interpret information into a succinct format to report results to senior leadership
Collaborate across HR functions to help process and onboard new hires, transfers, and terminations within Workday
Work with HR colleagues to design, implement and support strategic talent initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and exit interviews
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is required A minimum of 4+ years of experience within Human Resources across Generalist,
Business Partner, Learning & Development and/or Talent Acquisition
Strong data and analytical skills and experience.
