Join us.About Our TeamJoin our AMS Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a pivotal member supporting the Global E-Commerce business. In this role, you'll serve as the nexus between Data Administration, PMO and Talent Acquisition. Working closely with TA Partners, TA Leaders, Sourcers and various business counterparts, you'll drive impactful initiatives to shape our recruitment narrative, optimize talent acquisition strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities1. Data Management & Analysis: Utilize your advanced knowledge and experience in Excel and other tools to support the Talent Acquisition team. This includes building and providing reports and slideshows to recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders. Analyzing raw data on hiring completion, interviewer efficiency, candidate experience and other key recruiting metrics.2. Research & Insights: Conduct research on recruitment and candidate trends to enhance our talent acquisition strategies. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping TA leaders and recruiters refine their approach to sourcing and attracting talent. Assist in creating market insights reports to support recruitment decisions.3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with TA Partners, Leaders and Sourcers in supporting various projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and operational excellence. Align with broader business objectives and leverage data-driven insights to recommend impactful initiatives.4. Compliance & Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits in Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance with established standards, and adherence to recruitment policies within the E-Commerce TA team. Ensure data consistency across systems to support reporting and operational goals.5. Sourcing & Recruitment Assistance: When required, will support in sourcing efforts to proactively identify top talent. Engage in direct candidate sourcing through various channels, building a strong talent pipeline. Support recruitment teams with outreach and initial screenings, ensuring candidates are effectively engaged and moved smoothly through the recruitment process.This is a 12-month temporary assignment payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications- 2+ years experience in talent acquisition operations, projects, or sourcing within high-volume, in-house recruiting environments.- Skilled in using Excel for data analysis and interpretation, with experience delivering projects that support recruitment efficiencies and identifying hiring trends.- Strong attention to detail and curiosity, with the ability to create clear and visually appealing presentations to share insights and strategies.- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing priorities.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Experience analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel, Tableau, and people analytics platformsPreferred Qualifications-Experience in E-commerce or non-technical sourcingTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
