MJHS companies are qualified employers under the Federal Government's Paid Student Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and executing recruiment and retention strategies to attract, select and retain professional staff for MJHS Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. Assists in all employment/recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and new hire processing.Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree, required.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience recruiting health care professionals in a Human Resources or relevant experience.
• HR Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel.
• Experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems required.
• Ability to be sensitive to confidential data and deal appropriately with confidential matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to conduct focus groups and present at other meetings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build cross-departmental relationships.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
