Over the next five years of Ascends growth, the network will recruit between 200 and 300 outstanding candidates each year to work at Ascends high performing college-preparatory charter schools and network team. The talent recruitment manager will lead the execution of cohesive, strategic talent selection processes, informed by research and historical data, to recruit a highly qualified and diverse population of prospective teachers. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in close collaboration with hiring managers, and informing big picture strategies and systems, while successfully executing on very specific, detail?oriented work.

Responsibilities:The talent recruitment manager manages the selection process and life cycle of teaching and other school personnel candidates, and ensures candidates receive an exceptional experience from application through onboarding.

Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Several factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City.
