Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Talent Support Specialist to join a team of four at a large oil and gas company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for managing the staffing workflow, including the initiation, coordination, and communication of pre-employment processes while ensuring timely and accurate completion of multiple case files. Duties include utilizing Workday and PeopleSoft systems for offer letters, onboarding, and new hire data accuracy; conducting pre-employment screenings, including background checks and medical/drug testing; and maintaining compliance with company policies. The position also involves developing staffing tools in SharePoint, delivering customer-focused HR support, and identifying process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience in Human Resources or onboarding

Nice to Have Experience:

• Experience working in Workday for onboarding or HR related activities
• Bachelor's degree
• Good written/verbal communication skills
