Tax Manager - Private Equity - Atlas Search : Job Details

Join a premier single-family office as Tax Manager. We are seeking a bright, articulate, and motivated finance professional to join our team. S/he will report directly to the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will work cross-functionally with exposure to a variety of disciplines and will leverage technology across multiple systems and business processes. • Assist the Finance team with substantively the financial reporting and accounting workstreams.
• Monthly GL entries, reconciliations, investment reporting and analysis for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and a private foundation.
• Oversight and coordination of cash flows for family office expenditures, investment fund capital calls and distributions.
• Communicate with commercial banks, vendors and external funds.
• Working with legal counsel and tax advisors on planning and structuring matters.
• Preparing materials for tax compliance and reviewing tax returns prepared externally.
• Preparing quarterly investment materials for board meetings and performance reporting.
• Preparing disclosures for various regulatory agencies.
