The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing a range of tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. You will be working closely with other finance professionals to strategize and implement tax plans that align with our company's financial goals. Responsibilities:As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for:1. Preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.2. Developing and implementing tax strategies that align with the company's business goals.3. Assisting with tax audits and tax returns to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.4. Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to identify potential tax savings and strategies.5. Collaborating with other finance professionals to manage tax planning, forecasting, and compliance.6. Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.7. Keeping up to date with the latest tax regulations and changes, ensuring the company's tax policies and procedures are in compliance.8. Communicating effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders on tax-related issues.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.3. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.4.
