Support the TC Program Manager and the TC value stream in supporting the management of assigned customer relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and delivering on the current backlog as well as looking ahead at customer forecast. The TC OMC is responsible for supporting the coordination of all activity within the company in relation to specific customers while keeping the customer informed and devising appropriate customer management plans. This role with have an MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) focus. Dealing directly with end-users and operators of the MetroLiner aircraft.Always provide exceptional customer service ensuring daily administration tasks and liaising with customers and relevant teams. Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships throughout the business and ensure service is compliant with agreed metrics, KPI's and company standards. Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively and expeditiously to all correspondence, status requests, attend regular meetings as required to support TC tasks.
  • Works effectively with cross functional team, customers, and stakeholders in achieving successful execution of TC program support, upholding company values always.
  • Establish strategy with Value Stream Director for organic growth of Repairs Business
  • Review and provide repair quotes to customers
  • Assist with inventory assessment to create jobs orders based on parts availability and customer demand.
  • Responsible for pulling requirements from MRP report, quote and procure large volume of parts. Will work from drawings, specifications, custom reports, e-mails and other sources of information and make sure that the order requirements are properly approved prior to commitment.
  • Assist with monitoring and managing purchase orders.
  • As directed communicate and enforce customer/quality 'flow down' requirements.
  • Assist with competitive bidding, evaluate, and analyse supplier quotations, striving for positive cost saving/cost out results.
  • Assist with identifying and adding and qualifying new Suppliers.
  • Provide accurate supplier data on all vetting forms.
  • Perform internet online searches when filling out vetting forms.
  • Escalate any critical customer issues to TC PM
  • Assist with maintaining and utilizing ASL
  • Assist with maintaining and updating current list of tooling located at supplier locations.
  • Assist with new TC customer account set up, vetting, and credit control queries.
  • Submit and manage all needed compliance paperwork (EUC, Checklists, etc.), inquiries, and actions.
  • Attend and provide updates to daily production meetings.
  • Assist with customer/operator quality support.
  • Assist with Customer Portal Management.
  • Team specialist for CRM, including account creation and order reviews.
  • Work with customers to receive pro-forma payments where required.
  • Provide updates for assigned actioned during the AM Production meeting.
  • Assist with Technical publications - customer portal access and credentials support.
  • Oversee, organize, and maintain all parts in stock at Creedmoor and consignment in Havelock, NC
  • Travel to Havelock, NC on occasion to assist with consignment inventory actions and to retrieve customer orders and work with AAR personnel in the warehouse.
  • Assist with all AAR shipments, pick list, pack slip, packaging, handling, crating (if necessary), and shipping.
  • Communicate with inspection to receive in all material inventory into stock (Epicor transaction)
  • Complete assigned production orders, kitting, assembly, and submit and manage final inspection.
  • Package and create labels (per part/kit), work instructions, drawings, and diagrams to be added to kits, parts, assemblies etc.
  • Work in shipping to expedite shipping and receiving inspections and process flows.
  • Assist the TC OMC with all technical publication workload.
  • Print manuals and publications in support of Technical Publication Sales.
Accountability:
  • Contribute to a safety-first culture by identifying and recording hazards using the company Health and Safety tracking system.
  • Create accurate Sale Quotes and Sales Orders in support of customer support.
  • Deliver current backlog updates to customers.
  • Properly close out orders and sales reviews
  • Data accuracy of sales orders, AM production sheet, and backlog dates
  • Follows the Ontic and FAA procedures for the management of the FAA Type Certificate Type Data.
