Helps to direct the flow of activity in the employee dining area. Responsible for providing a pleasant atmosphere for employees. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greets employees in a hospitable and friendly manner. Provides pleasant, courteous service and presents a neat and clean image.
- Maintains good working relations by assisting the cashiers and cooks.
- Maintains supplies and equipment needed for the dining room operations. Keeps constant watch on the dining room.
- Assists quickly and quietly when problems occur and advises supervisor on duty of any complaints or comments which may need attention.
- Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.
Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent service approach when dealing with guests.
- Current Food Handler Certificate required.
- Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
