Go Kids is hiring a Part-Time Teacher Assistant for it's Gardner facility. $ 21.50 - $23.00 per hour, non-exempt, non-benefited position. Assists the Teacher and Master Teacher with assuming responsibility for general supervision, development and education of children within their assigned classroom. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. Direct Services. Establish a climate of respect for each childs individual personality, physical characteristics and traits, culture, language and ethnic characteristics, family structure, developmental needs and behaviors.
