Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Deliver instruction effectively and dynamically, utilizing various teaching strategies and resources.
- Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and encourages collaboration.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices and strategies.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student success.
