Compensation
Starting salary for Certified Teachers with a Bachelor's in Education begins at $60,000 - $65,000, with increases based on experience, certifications, and additional educational achievements.

Education/Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, ideally a Bachelor's in Education.
- Missouri Teaching Certification required (Elementary Education 1-6 preferred), or a valid teaching degree that qualifies for Certified Teacher status.

- Participate actively in professional development, staff meetings, and events.
