We are actively seeking qualified candidates with a teaching degree, a Bachelor's in Education, and certification as a Certified Teacher to fill multiple teaching positions at a Charter School in St. Louis, MO.

Current openings include Special Education Teachers, Middle School ELA Teachers, ELL Teachers, and Elementary Teachers for grades K-5. Compensation

Starting salary for Certified Teachers with a Bachelor's in Education begins at $60,000 - $65,000, with increases based on experience, certifications, and additional educational achievements.

Education/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, ideally a Bachelor's in Education.
  • Missouri Teaching Certification required (Elementary Education 1-6 preferred), or a valid teaching degree that qualifies for Certified Teacher status.

Essential Responsibilities and Competencies

  • Keep thorough records, including attendance, behavior, grades, and parent communication.
  • Set measurable and achievable goals for each term and monitor progress.
  • Ensure student safety on campus and during school functions.
  • Encourage and celebrate student achievements in academics and character.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate actively in professional development, staff meetings, and events.
  • Lead or assist in extracurricular activities outside regular hours.
  • Support school recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
