Supervises staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the department budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff with the goal of developing highly effective work team. Serves as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility.
