Located in Jackson Center, OH Salary: $21.50Job Title: Team Lead Salary: $21.50 / HrShift: Night shift- 2-2-3 Rotating 12 hrs, 7P-7AResponsibilities:

• Ensure prompt attendance of associates on the production floor, reporting tardiness and absences.
• Assist in production training, manage breaks, and enforce GMP guidelines and safety measures.
• Collaborate with the On-site team to address safety, quality, and delivery issues, providing daily reports.
• Coach and train associates on production processes.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and promptly report department conditions and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production.
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and safety protocols.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
