How will you make an impact?
Employee Services assists Envoy team members in processing Employee & Timekeeping Data. The team provides customer service support for employee & manager inquiries regarding employee data, time-keeping, scheduling and payroll. They will manage a pod of approximately 5, coordinating day to day operations of Employee Services. This position will report to the Director of HRIS & Employee Services.
The Team Lead will assist in maintaining the workload for the department. They will also help develop, implement, and test any changes to Employee Central / RosterApps. This team operates in a continuous improvement environment that is adaptable to meet evolving business needs.
- Training Documentation
- Prior Period Correction, PPC, or the audits of these tickets
- Level 3 customer / issue resolution after Clerk > Coordinator / Auditor
- Documents / communicates changes of processes / procedures across the team
- Customer Service representative to all internal (EHQ) and external (Field) groups
- Subject Matter Expert, SME, on all Employee Central & Time Keeping Data in RosterApps
- Complete regular audits of CARs, Tickets & PPC Prior Period Corrections to support the team / pod
Who are we looking for?
Position Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Experience with a union workgroup and an understanding of union contracts
- Must work and communicate well with all levels of Management
- Previous experience in Employee Central or other Employee Data systems
- Previous experience in RosterApps time and scheduling system
- Superb organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Previous leadership experience
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- May require some weekend or Holiday coverage
- Must possess the legal right to work in the United States
Position Preferences
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related business field, or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience
- Understanding of Envoy Policy and Procedures relating to employee data HR / Labor policies
- Aptitude for leadership and continuous process improvement
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Adapts easily to change and leads with a positive influence
- Previous experience in a Human Resources, Employee Data, Finance, or related position
