Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store
  • Train and supervise team members
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
  • Manage cash registers and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

    • Requirements

  • Experience in sales, retail management, and wireless sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to conduct interviews and build effective teams
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Shift:

    • Day shift
    • Morning shift

    • Savannah, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
