The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in tasks that are delegated.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members.
  • Oversee operations at the current station.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Train new team members on quality control, basic routines, product knowledge, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with supervisors or managers.
  • Be able to work in a weather-based environment.
  • Be physically able to perform the job required; it is physically demanding.

    • Experience

  • Previous experience in a team lead position is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

    Work Location: In person
