About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to and support the park's management team by providing on-the-spot leadership where needed.
• Jump in to help where needed during busy times.
• Provide necessary delegation to Team Members to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
• Offer hands-on support to Team Members in various departments (i.e. café, birthday parties, front desk, etc.).
• Execute membership sales at the front desk and identify potential sales opportunities while assisting in other departments.
• Help enforce park safety policies and educate Team Members on guest safety issues.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties throughout the shift.
• Complete any incident reports that occur during the shift.
• Assist with initiating and coordinating opening or closing park procedures.
• Ensure any additional shift duties outlined for that day are completed before leaving.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through work, schooling, or extracurricular experiences.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a high-volume customer service industry (retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation).
• Retail sales and/or amusement park or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.

Compensation: $15.50/hr.
