Under the direction and guidance of the Production Coordinator, this position will lead and direct production line associates to set up, operate and maintain equipment to meet manufacturing targets for safety, quality, delivery and cost. This position leads the production team in meeting production schedules, facilitating the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products, effectively driving and maintaining the standardized work process.
