Team Lead - Kona Ice : Job Details

DescriptionKona Ice of SW SchaumburgWe are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our team. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with customers.The primary purpose of this role is to support the General Manager in the ongoing day-to-day operation of the business. This includes maintaining adequate inventory levels, developing client relations, on-boarding event staff, and delivering unparalleled service through our ever-expanding special events program.Must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.Team Lead Responsibilities:Assist the GM in administrative tasks including but not limited to staffing, logistic, inventory, and marketing effortsCapture & maintain data regarding daily financial reports and inventory levelsSupport the GM in ensuring our ongoing compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist the GM in developing and implementing marketing strategiesAssist the GM in developing and implementing organizational strategies related to warehouse and staff managementOperating our Kona Ice VehicleAttending and Serving at EventsTraining, Hiring, and Coaching TeamMaintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team membersDrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteouslyProvide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracyComply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelinesPerform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouseComplete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stockingMust be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentationCommunicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staffBenefits :Flexible scheduleFUN environmentAdvancement opportunitiesTipsRequirementsHighly organized and detail orientedPossess leadership skillsAvailable nights and weekendsExperience preferredValid driver's license with good driving recordCompany InformationKona Ice is a fun, always changing work environment.
