Excellent opportunity in Jackson Center Ohio.We are seeking several TEAM LEADERS to assist Production Managers and Supervisors. If you have previous experience with supervisory, training this role would be great for you.Shifts: 12 hour shiftsA/B: 7a-7:10pC/D: 7p-7:10qaWorking a 2/2/3 schedule. Every other weekend OFF!Day shift starts at $19.50, and Night shift starts at $21.50.The Team Leader will report to the On-site team to assure all associates are present on the production floor in a timely manner reporting any tardiness or absences to the On-site team so adjustments can be made accordingly.Team lead will be responsible for assisting with production training, issuing breaks, and assuring associates are following required GMP guidelines and safety measures while on production floor.Job Responsibilities:-Partner closely with the onsite team to distinguish issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, GMP/PPE for contracted employees and training report to On-site team daily.-Serve as a coach to contractors, assisting training associates on all aspects of production pertaining to their position-Set a standard of excellence in job performance attendance and adhere to our policies and procedures setting a good example.-Maintain a clean and organized work area-Regularly required to stand, stoop, kneel, handle objects, tools and controls-Update Cell Leader/Shift Supervisor on conditions of the department such as, Lines being down, injuries, and keeping general communication about any concerns from contractors.-Time clock issues report to On-site team immediatelyNo jewelry policy, hair net, and beard net required on plant floor, STB not required.Resume and interview required.
