We are actively hiring to source an experienced, Team Lead/Director Level Private Equity recruiter to inherit an established division, and lead an existing team of recruiters, with one of NYC's highest performing FS staffing firms. A division which consistently produces $2-3 million per year with projection for this to increase massively.

Leveraging a cemented client base and a high billing desk, a team where last year 5 people under the age of 26 took home over $600,000, and many over $1 million. Multiple $2 million+ billers, taking home 60% of what they generate.

A leadership role, with large reward, and flexibility on package for the right person.

The desk is inundated with roles, and an existing team to inherit, lead and manage.

Highlights:

✓ Salary up to $175,000 (flex here)

✓ Inherit and lead an existing team (plus division overrides)

✓ Flat 50-60% commissions on whatever you bill

✓ $100k-$400k+ deals ($50k-$200k+ commissions per placement)
