Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI ResidentCare Associate Team Lead Full-Time: 64 afternoon hours per 2 week pay period Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekendsand holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holidayoff! RCA TeamLead Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RCA-Team Lead for our18 memory care apartments. Our building is also home to 42 residents in ourassisted living and 70 residents in our independent living. This role is uniquebecause it is not only a leader for our RCA team, but also works directly withour residents. Primarily, this position will assist our Nursing Supervisorand Assisted Living Program Coordinator with the successful and thoroughtraining of new Resident Care Assistants, which also includes registering themin CBRF courses, setting new employees up in EasyShifts, and integrating theminto the schedule. WhatYou'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care, dailyactivities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity
• This position includes medication management,light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks
• Mentors and trains new and current staff onquality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of theirposition
• Additional duties include: Assisting with memorycare activities, filling in open shifts when needed, and upholding the missionand core values of Bethany Lutheran Homes to lead staff

WhatYou'll Need

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Experience with medication management, CAN, and/orCBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the rightfit for our team!
• Valid driver's license and safe drivingrecord, required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt tonew software as needed
• Experience with older adults, preferred
