Client Details

The Head of Corporate Credit Risk will oversee and manage the credit risk portfolio, which includes general corporates, leveraged finance, and project finance. This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the credit risk portfolio, including general corporates, leveraged finance, and project finance.

• Credit Analysis: Conduct and supervise thorough credit risk assessments and analysis of various transactions, including financial statement analysis, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate risk and optimize portfolio performance.

• Risk Management: Monitor and manage the credit risk of existing portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support credit analysis and decision-making processes.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the covered sectors.

• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports, risk assessments, and presentations to senior management and risk committees.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of credit risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in underwriting or credit risk management.

• Strong knowledge of TMT Corporates, Industrials, and Fund Finance.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

$185,000 - $250,000 base salary.
