This position is primarily responsible with assisting and leading co-workers in the Residential Living dining venues. Trains, develops, and coaches co-workers with a focus on resident hospitality. Follows policies regarding sanitation, proper food handling, safety, confidentiality, personal appearance and hygiene when serving residents or expediting meal service.The starting base rate of pay is $15.45 - $20.30 per hour, based upon previous experiences and qualifications.BENEFITS:

Full-Time Work Schedule: •6:30am- 3:00PM •Every other Sat 7am-2pm with a day off during the week when you have a Sat shift •80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)RequirementsAs a condition for employment, VMRC requires all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
