Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-Time Team Leader to join the Young Adult Assertive Community Treatment Program in West Babylon, NY

REPORTS TO: Director of OMH Clinical ServicesDEPARTMENT: ClinicalHOURS: 35 hours per weekPAY: 75K Annually

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree or higher with license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred), OR licensure/registration as registered nurse (RNs are encouraged to be masters level or nurse practitioner), or physician. A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION: Supervise and provide direct services on a community-based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness serving young adults (ages 18-28).
