Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee a team of 5 to 10 people, depending on work load.
• Training workers for basic visual inspections and some measurement inspections.
• Auditing jobs: reviewing the jobs to make sure they are being performed properly.
• Documenting labor hours and work performed and communicate job information.
• Recording employee time and hours, and documenting job information.
• Input information to computer.
• Send basic e-mails.
• Communicate with customers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment inspecting parts on plant floor and work areas.
• Define problems and report all issues with material to team leader.
• Work may require individual to enter plant where performance factors such as heat, humidity, noise, standing and lifting of materials may be encountered.
• Other duties assigned as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good written and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to detect, determine, identify and recognize nonidentical parts.
• Ability to follow directions carefully.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
