Manage and record work requests using appropriate IT systemsPrioritise work to ensure business needs are met and time is used effectivelyWork within the Technical Support Team to ensure all requests are dealt with and resources are allocated efficientlyLiaise with other teams, departments and/or external resources to ensure the root cause of a problem can be establishedMaintain proactive communication with stakeholdersRegularly review work for value added opportunities and update value added reportMonthly reports3.
