They are responsible for delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and providing training and support as needed. The team leader is also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety protocols, and ensuring that all food items are prepared to the correct specifications. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively with both kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
