For more information, please visit our website at www.nupathinc.org.About the Job: To assist the program participants work in the community in an appropriate community work situation and/or work in the in-house program.Essential Skills: The ability to provide the program participants with an adult role model, provide encouragement and direction, crisis intervention when necessary, consistent implementation of behavioral programming, encouragement to attend on-sites, and training of work skills and habits. To be in attendance every day and be able to deal with all staff and the diverse constituencies of NuPath in a polite and respectful manner. The person in this position must be able to verbally communicate, read and write in English, visually monitor the safety of all individuals and verbally present updates on individual status. Must adhere to all NuPath policy and procedures.Education/Experience Requirements: BA in relevant field; previous behavioral experience preferred.
