Team Leader - Paver Restoration : Job Details

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Crew Lead to take charge of our paver restoration, repair, and installation team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in cleaning pavers, joint sanding, sealing, paver repair, and installation, but also possess exceptional leadership qualities to effectively manage and guide the team. Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the crew members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety protocols related to paver restoration and installation Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Inspect work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions regarding the project The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
