Compensation: $32.00 / Hour6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:5:00 PM - 5:00 AM; Night Shift, 2/2/3 Rotational Must be willing to train on day shift.

Responsibilities: Provide frontline leadership in day-to-day operations of getting bottles out the door safely and in accordance with quality standards. Assist, as needed, during any safety issues and quality hold situations.Develop team capability through training, coaching, role-modeling & assists Production Resource with managing skills matrix.Leads onboarding process for new employees.Enable effective communication by strengthening the use of standardized documentation & communication.Ability to identify process failures when they happen and coach the team through problem solving.Coordinate with business unit leaders to plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems)Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements.Build relationships with frontline team members, colleagues and support services to ensure team-goal alignment.Create and maintain a safe and positive work environmentUnderstand and adhere to internal/external regulations, procedures & policiesActively pursue quality standards, specifically HAACP and GMP'sReview daily measures coordinate resources to drive business resultsCommunicate with planning and floor personnel ensure daily schedule changes and line managementOther duties as assigned by leadership
QualificationsKey qualifications include High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceTwo or more years prior experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the food or beverage industry or a clean manufacturing environmentPrior experience operating a forklift desiredSolid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise management software (SAP)Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectivelySolid problem solving and decision making skillsDemonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a high speed production environmentAbility to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12 hour shift, basic math and reading skillsWillingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidaysSuccessful completion of a post offer physical, drug screen and background check are requiredWillingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot and cold) Primo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
