**Team Leader / Specialist / Ripley**

**Location:** Ripley, GB We are looking for an individual that can lead from the front to join our team on the SC Johnson contract based at our site in Denby, Derbyshire. We have a full-time, permanent position working rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and-14:00-22:00 Mon to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 and 12:00-19:00 Friday.

**Pay, benefits and more:**

Were looking to offer a salary of 23,678.04 plus shift allowance per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What youll do on a typical day:**

* Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs

* Youll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as youll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe

* Youll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible

* Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers

**What you need to succeed at XPO:**

* IT Literate and experience of WMS systems.

* Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team

* Well versed in warehouse management systems

* Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
