  • Ensure budgets are met while also working to procure additional finances through projects and other means.
  • Support Staff or Team Members by providing training, instruction and Leadership guidance.
  • Teach, confirm, and ensure adherence to All Operating Systems.
  • Responsible for the training and implementation of Technical Work Teams.
  • Drive the Manage the Change (MTC) process. Ensure compliance to process and communicate changes to Team Members.
  • Develop relationships with other areas to achieve business results and resolve issues at the floor level having one goal in mind - Be the best manufacturing facility in the World.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Maintenance be a teacher to production areas on the basics of the Maintenance Operating System (MOS)
  • Monitor Progress toward operations goals and provide reporting to Upper Management and Cross Functional Teams.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement in Safety, Quality Delivery and Cost Performance.
  • Drive and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PMs) processes.
  • Ensure all safety standards are met during maintenance activities.
  • Assist in addressing equipment down time issues.
  • Support and coach problem solving activities within the department, focused on Reliability and Maintainability.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions through the Global 4D or 8D process.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Planning and Shutdown Planning actions within the department.
  • Create a team environment that is founded on accountability, teamwork, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Devise maintenance plans, strategies, and priorities to support the total department business plan; manage daily maintenance around production optimizing opportunities.
  • Ensure department compliance with government, industry, and corporate environmental standards.
QualificationsYou'll have...
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Supervisor experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have leadership skills to lead, empower, and develop Salary and Hourly employees
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Must be able to summarize complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Automation preferred
  • Industry 4.0 experience preferred.
  • Production, Maintenance and/or Quality experience.
  • Experience as Plant Team Manager or Maintenance/Automation Supervisor preferred.
