Team Member - Paleo Treats : Job Details

We're a niche dessert company (Paleo Treats) based out of Normal Heights. We sell in person and we ship all over the world. You should be fired up on healthy living; you'll be doing a ton of learning and educating on Paleo/keto/vegan as part of selling at the front desk. Being kind is important.When you're not serving customers there is plenty of organizing and basic store tasks to do, both manual labor and digitally.Basic fitness: You should be able to lift a 30 lb box off the floor or out of a chest freezer and press it over your head easily.Things you might hate about this job:-you'll be on your own for hours at a time. If you need constant oversight, don't apply.-you'll be talking about food and healthy living with our customer base meeting people where they are with diet and health and helping them with product selection. If those discussions ain't your game, don't apply.-If you don't like people, don't apply. We love people and have a cool customer base, it's vital to us to treat everyone really well.-you'll be engaging with technology, from a standard point-of-sale system to excel files, email, printing labels, shipping interfaces, and interacting with customers via the internet.
