- Prepare and serve food items following proper food safety guidelines.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and change accurately.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
