We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time licensed therapists to join our new practice in Grand Junction, Colorado, where we prioritize a compassionate and Trauma-Informed Care approach. Our ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring that we can effectively address the diverse needs of our clients. Under the dedicated management of Linda Kemp, we are committed to providing dignified, private and compassionate services tailored to the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families.

Linda's extensive experience and passion for mental health care have fostered a collaborative environment where clinicians with varied expertise thrive. With a distinguished practice in New Mexico alongside esteemed therapists, she has identified a critical demand for accessible Medicaid and Private services in Colorado. By establishing this new practice, she aims to address this gap, ensuring that individuals seeking support can receive the highest quality care they deserve.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid state license (LCSW, LPCC, LADAC, LMFT)
  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field
  • One year of experience in mental health
  • Experience with crisis/safety planning and case management
  • This job can be fully virtual, in office, or hybrid
  • Knowledge of computers, word processing, excel, with access to a computer
  • This is a private practice with the potential to build a full case load in 1 -3 months

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with professionals with diverse training and backgrounds who share a passion for their clients
  • Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress
  • Offer teletherapy options for virtual sessions or accessibility challenges
  • Maintain accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education requirements per license requirements
  • Conduct bio-psycho social assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to the client needs
  • Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to the clients needs using evidenced based modalities

Compensation:

  • This is a 1099 contractor position. The rates are based on the State of Colorado Medicaid and Insurance Companies contracted CPT Codes rates. Annual salary is based on caseloads
