Essential Duties / Tasks:
  • Work safely while performing job duties
  • Follow standardized work
  • Meet or exceed production standards
  • Load and unload parts/racks
  • Trim, polish, repair, and inspect parts
  • Production record parts using scan guns
  • Perform housekeeping duties consistent with 5-S
Education and Experience:
  • HS degree or Equivalency Diploma is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, delivery, and cost is preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving is necessary for continuous improvement
