Join us as we build toward a more livable future without waste! Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Solids Member to join Plastic Solids team. The candidate is expected to support the team by ensuring quality, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and loading and unloading of material. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of plastic being processed.
  • Be responsible for loading and unloading trucks In the shipping and receiving area.
  • Accountable for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Understand and follow operating procedures and safety policies.
  • Working on the plastic processing Iine, sorting, Inspecting, and loading lines.
  • Working with team solids members to ensure continuous improvement of process.
  • Safely operate mobile equipment
  • Rework plastics as needed.
Success Criteria (what success will look like in this role) :
  • On a team that will process plastic into pellets, with zero Incidents.
  • Certified to drive heavy equipment such as Fork truck, tell loader and men lift.
  • Able to run the Plastic Processing line from start to finish.
Experience & Professional Qualifications
  • Prefer High School Diploma
  • Dependable and a team player
  • Ability to effectively lead, learn, teach, and grow.
  • Ability to Impact and Influence results with personal Interactions, guidance, and coaching.
