Role: Direct Hire || Tech Lead || IOS Software Engineer Location: Hybrid NYC, Los Angeles, CA Duration: Direct Hire Responsibilities: Be responsible for developing and maintaining the e-commerce module within the client app, focusing on features such as product browsing, search functionality, and order placement to enhance the shopping experience. Lead and oversee the development of the Client Shop, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions to improve user experience and application performance. Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the highest level of application performance and stability. Drive continuous improvement in the development process, implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Lead the implementation of A/B testing and user feedback loops to iteratively enhance the app. Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of Mobile App development experience and 1 year of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team. Extensive experience as a Mobile Developer, with a proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects. Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift. Demonstrated experience with performance and memory tuning of complex applications. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading technical teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and across different teams.
