As a Tech Lead at our NYC location, you will be the cornerstone of our in-store technology, ensuring every device, display, and system works seamlessly to enhance both operations and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Oversight: Manage in-store technology, ensuring all systems and devices operate seamlessly to support store operations.
  • Training & Mentorship: Train team members on in-store tech, tailoring approaches to meet varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze workflows and implement technological solutions to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with brand and operations teams to optimize product displays and customer experiences.
  • Innovation & Agility: Stay updated on tech trends and introduce solutions to continually improve the in-store experience.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a tech-focused role, preferably in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Tech Savvy: Deep passion for technology and innovation, with a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Educator: Skilled in training and mentoring, with the ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
  • Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
