Position Details: --- Title: Technical Account Manager (Steam-Water Cycle Industry) --- Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Central PA, Eastern PA --- Shift: Monday - Thursday, Day Shift --- Travel: 25% --- Compensation: $80 to $100K + commission --- Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental and life insurance, 401K, Bonus opportunities --- Vaccine Requirement: No Position Description: --- Manage customer accounts, including developing and maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer concerns and issues, and managing customer expectations --- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues and customer service requests for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits --- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service, including training on equipment operation and maintenance --- Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and implement equipment upgrades and improvements as needed --- Keep and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, performance information, and equipment repair/maintenance data --- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including site-specific safety trainings and requirements --- Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions to improve equipment performance --- Identify and implement product or service applications tailored to a specific customer's needs --- Create and maintain technical documents and manuals --- Coordinate with sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues Requirements: --- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience --- 5+ years of experience in the steam-water cycle industry, preferably in account management or sales --- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as control systems --- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues --- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills --- Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment --- Willingness to travel --- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for local travel
