Position Details: Title: Technical Advisor Levels I-IV Location: Deer Park, TX (with frequent travel to various project sites) Shift: Full-time position with significant travel requirements, including extended periods at project sites. Compensation: $50,000 - $56,000 base salary, plus bonus pay for travel and per diem. Position Description The company is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Advisors to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client specifications and company standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in both field and office environments. Serve as company's technical representative in both the field and office, providing expertise in steam blows, air blows, high velocity flushing, pulse flushing, chemical cleaning, and other industrial services. Manage company equipment and material inventory at project sites. Directly interact with and advise clients on project status and progress. Collaborate with client craft labor for the hookup and verification of company equipment. Modify hookup designs as needed to accommodate unique site conditions. Accurately document field activities in the project job log. Maintain timely communication with the home office to report on project status and any issues. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director. Qualifications: Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret data quickly and accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with clients, team members, and within established business processes. High standard of integrity and professionalism. Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background screening, physical, and drug screen. Valid driver's license and ability to quickly obtain a passport.
