Technical Analyst - InnoActive Group : Job Details

Position Overview:

InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities. InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology systems, integrations, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) System Integration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to design and oversee system integrations.
• Facilitate the collection of information to ensure compatibility and interoperability between new and existing systems.

2)Data Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret data from various systems to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Create data models, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Evaluate data integrity and ensure the quality of integrated data across systems

3)Technical Documentation:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes, system architectures, and data flows.
• Provide clear and concise documentation for business and IT teams.

4)Collaboration & Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in project meetings, provide regular updates, and deliver technical insights to the client.

5)Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements in system integrations and data handling.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integration tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system integrations, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience with integration tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
