Technical Applications Scientist II, qPCR - Thermo Fisher Scientific : Job Details

Provide technical application support for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (q. PCR) instruments and reagents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and products. Provide flawless technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers. Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system and assist in the development of continuous improvement. Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions. Keep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in q. PCR technology. Participate in training on products and continuing education on our new applications and technologies. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably in molecular biology or a related area, is minimally required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred . years of laboratory experience. Proven experience in q.
