SUMMARY
To support the Administrative Manager, Project Supervisor, technical staff, and consultants with all administrative aspects of report preparation, general office functions, and business development and sales activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as office administrator
Assist with expenses report preparation
Assist with preparation, editing, formatting, and styling of reports and projects
Serve as business line quality and safety coordinator
Assist with coordinating all travel for the business line
Maintain business line supplies
Assist with preparation and QA/QC of binders
Assist with business line courses and webinars
High level understanding of existing regulations as they relate to industrial clients as related to assigned tasks
Maintain business line file system and proposal and project templates
Serve as business line CRM software administrator for the opening of proposals and projects.
Assist with communication (verbal and written) with clients
Assist with business development and sales activities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school;or three to six monthsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have computer literacy,including basic programming, word processing, spreadsheet skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office software package.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and proceduremanuals. Ability to write routinereports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dividein all units of measure,using whole numbers,common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
